Photos Specifications

Photographs: Recent four photographs as per the specification below mentioned

1. Photographs size should be 35-45mm
2. Show you looking directly at the camera
3. Photos no more older than 3 months
4. Show you skin tones naturally
5. Have appropriate brightness and contrast
6. Close up of your head and top of your shoulders so that your face takes up 70-80% of the photographs

Covering Letter

Covering letter: A letter which contains the entire scenario of your travel, things to be done while filling as below listed

1. Name of the applicant with his passport number and DOB and other members travelling
2. Travel dates itinerary and duration of stay
3. Place of stay you will be residing
4. Purpose of visit
5. Who is going to bear the expenses
6. Contact number and Email ID of the applicant
7. Valid signature as per passport

Authorization Form

Authorization letter: A letter to embassy which mentions that Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited will submit your documents on your behalf
