Hotel Confirmation

Hotel Vouchers: Coupon given to the guest for a specific prepaid accommodation

1. Containing accurate check-in and check-out dates
2. Travellers name should be as per passport
3. Confirmation number along with contact number and their email id

Travel Itinerarry

Itinerary: Schedule of events relating to planned travel Day to day wise itinerary including destinations to be visited Required means of transportation to move between those destinations

Bank Statement

Bank Statement: A printed record of financial transaction of personal bank account

1. Need a good transaction with sufficient amount to cover the cost of the stay guarantee
2. Last six months bank statement
3. All pages need to be attested by seal and signature of authorized person
4. Computer generated signature / seal are not acceptable
5. Quick transaction to increase amount is not appreciated

IT Returns

ITR: Income Tax Return

1. Traveller should provide income tax return for last three years
2. Traveller can also provide TDS form 16/16A as proof in some cases
3.  If applicant is not eligible to pay taxes he/she need to submit declaration against it
4. Our executive can assist you while filling the declaration

If Employed

If Employed: A person who gets paid at their particular job

1. Company ID card front and back copies
2. Last 6 months salary slips
3. No objection certificate from company on company’s letter head

Mentioning traveller name and his current designation with the sanctioned leave for the travel

If Retired

If Retired: Left one’s job and ceased to work

1. Retirement proof of the traveller
2. Pension proof for 3 months
3. Any assets on traveller need to submit

If Self-Employed

Self Employed: A State of working for oneself rather than an employer

1. Company registration proof
2. Company Incorporation certificate
3. Company GST certificate
4. Covering letter need to be in company’s letter head; where the signature should be by authorize person

If Student

If Student: A traveller who is yet studying as a bonafide student

1. Students ID card front and back copies
2. Bonafide certificate – Mentioning students personal data in School and name as in Passport

Sponsor Documents

Sponsor Documents: If the traveller has a contribution or total contributing in his/her expenses throughout the journey

1. Sponsorship letter for the Traveller

• Mentioning Traveller name and the relationship with the traveller
• Mentioning his current employment proof
• Signature as per passport or other valid national identity 
  
  2. Sponsor bank statement
• Kindly refer Financial documents

1. Sponsor last 6 months pay slip (if Sponsor is Employed)
2. Sponsor passport copies or other valid national identity
3. Sponsor address / residence proof

Invitee Documents

Invitee Documents: If the traveller has an invited person in the visiting nation

1. Invitation letter for the traveller

1. Mentioning Traveller name and the relationship with the traveller
2. Personal Bio
3. Mentioning his current employment proof
4. Signature as per passport

1. Bio data scan pages of passport
2. Visa copy / Residence copy
3. Address proof of the Invitee
